Actually, on closer examination, that’s just a mass of kids going back to school this week, excited to have Salmon Watch in their classroom!
Schools in Beaverton School District, Centennial School District, David Douglas School District, Forest Grove School District, Gresham-Barlow School District, Hillsboro School District, McMinnville School District, North Clackamas School District, North Wasco County School District, Portland School District, Reynolds School District, Riverdale School District, and Vancouver Public Schools are now integrating wild salmon sustainability into their lesson plans.
Over 2,000 students are also looking forward to their upcoming amazing Salmon Watch field trips, which begin next week and like the salmon run through November.
