Want to learn more about what a watershed is and what you can do to improve the water quality in one? Pack a picnic lunch, hop on public transit, bike, or drive, and join us Saturday, June 10th at Kellogg Creek Park as we partner with Clackamas Water Environment Services, World Salmon Council, Depave, SOLVE, and Bob’s Red Mill for a family friendly day of learning about and caring for a healthy Johnson Creek Watershed.
Kick off the day picking up litter with SOLVE around Kellogg Creek Park and then join us at Kellogg Creek Park for family fun. Don’t forget to bring a picnic to enjoy with family and friends. Follow your very own Watershed Discovery Day passport to multiple family-friendly booths to discover how you can contribute to healthy streams, protect wildlife in your neighborhood, and win prizes. Collect a passport stamp from each booth for a bonus giveaway!
