Children’s Clean Water Festival

The Children’s Clean Water Festival is a free environmental education event engaging fourth-grade students from throughout the Portland, Oregon metro area. The 2023 Festival will be held on Tuesday, April 25 at PCC Sylvania. Each year, students from 20-25 schools come to a college campus for a day of learning and fun that includes hands-on, water-focused activities, classroom presentations, and stage shows that reinforce STEM, Common Core, and Next Generation Science concepts.
Throughout the day, students move from one activity to another to explore a variety of water-related topics including water science, ecology, native fish, water quality, and ways they can protect and conserve natural resources.
