DESCRIPTION:Explore the Outdoors Day at the Environmental Learning CenterHosted by Clackamas Community College\nJoin the World Salmon Council and other local partners for a day of discovery and outdoor fun at the Clackamas Community College Environmental Learning Center! We’re proud to support this community celebration of nature and conservation. \nCome learn about local wildlife (Salmon and more) while exploring the beautiful wetland habitat with: \n\n\nMini-science talks from local experts \n\n\nHands-on crafts and activities in the wetland \n\n\nA nature scavenger hunt with prizes \n\n\nLIVE raptors (hawks and owls!) from Perch Wildlife \n\n\nFree refreshments for all attendees \n\n\nThe World Salmon Council will be sharing how salmon are essential to healthy riparian ecosystems and offering interactive ways to connect with local conservation efforts. \nWe hope to see you there!
